What is the shelf life of FOG products?

Is it possible to cut a plate into several parts?
You can't, because the plate geometry will be violated and the product warranty will be lost.
Is it possible to place the plate on the electrical panel door?
This is not possible, because the plate must be placed horizontally at the very top of the electrical panel.
